Orders that Have Not Been Dispatched from the Warehouse
If you have made payment and your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel your order for any reason and are entitled to a refund of the order amount to your nominated bank account (excluding credit card surcharges). A non-refundable cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will apply.

If you have made payment and your order has been dispatched – but not yet delivered by the courier – you may cancel your order for any reason and are entitled to a refund of the order amount to your nominated bank account (excluding credit card surcharges).
